Digitally defensive demeanour

The massive digital build-up of the German army is worth a BigBrotherAward. Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen can share the “joy” of that award. Making up the ranks as award winners are the Turkish-Islamic Union for Religious Affairs (DİTİB), the Technical and the Ludwig Maximilian Universities in Munich, Prudsys, PLT (Planning for Logistik and Transport) and the German IT industry association Bitkom. Bitkom responds, not by appearing to receive the award in person, but they send a video message. Dismiss!
