Alexa-Aufnahmen als Beweismittel zugelassen

Erstmalig lässt ein deutsches Gericht Tonaufnahmen des Alexa-Sprachassistenten als Beweismittel zu.

Amazon übermittelte die zwei Aufzeichnungen aus des „smarten“ Lautsprechers Amazon Echo aus der Tatnacht dem Regensburger Gericht darüber hinaus freiwillig.
