Systemausfall bei DHL-Packstationen

Ein großer technischer Ausfall hat am 29. Oktober 2024 deutschlandweit viele digitale Dienste der DHL Group beeinträchtigt.

Am 29. Oktober 2024 trat bei DHL eine Störung auf, die sowohl die Paketverfolgung als auch die Nutzung der Packstationen und des Geschäftskund.innenportals behinderte. Kund.innen konnten ihre Pakete nicht abholen und erhielten beim Eingeben ihrer Trackingnummer Fehlermeldungen über die vorübergehende Nichtverfügbarkeit des Systems.
