Bayern sammelt heimlich Daten von 1644 Fußballfans.

2002 gab es den BigBrotherAward fürs BKA – für seine präventive „Gewalttäterdatei Sport“. Die wurde 2008 vom Niedersächsischen Oberverwaltungsgericht mangels Rechtsgrundlage kassiert. Offenbar ohne bleibenden Eindruck. Denn in Bayern läuft seit 2020 eine neue Datenbank, die einem sehr bekannt vorkommt: „EASy Gewalt und Sport“. Gespeichert sind 1644 Fußballfans. Die meisten nicht wegen Straftaten, sondern aufgrund von „Individualprognosen“. Betroffene erfahren nichts von ihrem Eintrag. Löschen? Fast unmöglich, selbst nach eingestellten Verfahren. Kritiker.innen sehen darin einen Angriff auf die informationelle Selbstbestimmung. Mit Recht.
